Bottle Engraving Brings Cupid to Local Vine in Atlanta

Bottle engraving at Local Vine in Atlanta brought out the cupid in shoppers this Valentine’s Day. We walked in and there were over 10 people lined up waiting for us before we even arrived! We knew we had a fun and busy day ahead of us when we saw the line. We loved the fact the store did a great job marketing the engraving experience for their customers. It always makes a huge difference in the turnout.

Our engraving is extremely popular in the Atlanta area. We have been engraving wine and liquor for over 4 years. Our CEO, Desiree Colonna, is a Certified Master Engraver. Her husband, Joe, helped color the bottle engraving with a silver or gold finish.

We engrave wine and liquor bottles with a hand-held high-speed drill. We engrave a calligraphy font on the glass creating thin and deep grooves which are then filled with a gold or silver metallic color. Our bottle engraving experience is very unique and takes a lot of skill and patience. However, our engravers are some of the fastest in the country. We average 60 seconds to engrave one bottle. Needless to say, we were busy engraving the entire 4 hours!

This engraved bottle was created for a gentleman getting married in August. He is going to present this to his fiance on their special day.

Many of our guests follow us online all year to find out where we will be engraving. This lady had us decorate a bottle of liquor to celebrate her first night in her first home.

Another lady had us engrave a bottle for her friend for Galentine’s Day.

Our client, Local Vine, was very happy with the results and we helped them sell more wine and liquor than usual. They have already booked us to come back for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas again this year.

Live Event Embossing for Cushman & Wakefield in Orlando

Live event embossing activations are one of the most popular services we offer the event industry. We recently worked with Cushman & Wakefield, commercial real estate brokers, at a convention in Orlando, Florida.

Our live embossing event consisted of adding guests monogram in gold or silver foil to leather keyfobs and journals. We monogrammed over 200 items within a 3 hour event. Guests lined up with excitement the moment we arrived and started setting up our equipment. The buzz grew throughout the three hours we were there and the line never ended.

The keyfobs and journals were made of genuine leather. Our live embossing event included stamping up to 3 letters of a monogram in gold foil, silver foil or with no color. We stamped the logo on the items before the event and added the monogram on the other side.

We had two embossers at this live event. Each could stamp 60 items per hour.

Guests love the live event embossing activation so much we were out of product at the very end. The lines never ended the entire time we were there.

This lady had us emboss a keyfob for her 3 week old grandchild. She was so excited to give her daughter this gift. “Its my grandson’s first monogrammed gift!” she exclaimed. We love stories like these at our live event embossing activations! Our monogramming makes a beautiful gift for any occasion.

We had a lot of guests tell us how wonderful the activation was. There is something about seeing your initials put on an item during an event which is magical.

Party Table Decorations for Sugarbear Sleep

Party table decorations made of clear acrylic, laser cut and engraved, were the talk of the night at the Sugarbear Sleep launch party hosted by People® Magazine in New York City. We created custom stir sticks, food menus and drink menus specifically for the event. Laser cutting and engraving were needed in order to custom create the acrylic items they wanted at the event.

Party table decorations are always created with a theme in mind. The cute Sugarbear “bear” was the theme we used for each item.

The stir sticks were fun because we cut out the Sugarbear logo on them. That was an unexpected twist–get it?

The menus also had the bear engraved on the bottom. Party table decorations are always fun to create because we can get very innovative with our laser equipment.

The food and drink menus also carried the Sugarbear theme with the logo laser engraved on the bottom. We had to use a laser to cut the acrylic and to get the fine details our client was looking for. We can cut any shape and detail you’d like with our laser machine.

We laser cut and engraved all party table decorations with our studio laser. The frosted engraving turned out beautifully.

Our party table decorations were the perfect addition to this event which helped launch the new Sugarbear Sleep product. The event was hosted by People® Magazine and held in New York City. Our laser cut clear acrylic is the perfect modern accessory for any party and went with the entire theme. We can also find acrylic in any color you would like including mirror and frosted colors.

Leather Embossing Experience in Lisbon for PitchBook Data

Our leather embossing experience is always a favorite activation at events for our clients and their guests. If you want lines in your booth, this is the way to do it. Our leather stamping experience is always a big hit at conferences around the world! Our latest embossing event was in Lisbon, Portugal.

We were invited to create our leather embossing experience for guests at the PitchBook Investor booth at WebSummit 2019. We embossed journals one day and luggage tags a couple days later at the event. After we were done on day one, people never stopped coming by looking for us. There was even a line waiting for us the second day of our leather stamping activation!

Word got out quickly among conference attendees the first day of our activation and spread like wildfire. Our client, PitchBook Data, even asked us to stay 30 minutes later the first day and also add more hours our second day in order to fulfill everyone’s orders. That’s how popular our leather embossing experience always is, no matter where in the world we go! Our client was blown away at the popularity of the activation and very pleased at how many people came to the booth.

The key to successful event activations is making sure there are enough salespeople in your booth to talk to guests while they are waiting in line for their personalized items. Keep in mind, they aren’t waiting long. Each embossing only takes less than one minute. PitchBook understood this from day one and made sure their Investor Relations folks were on hand to talk about their platform with everyone.

Personalized Water Bottles for Chick-fil-A®

Our personalized water bottles created at an event held at the Chick-fil-A corporate office were so popular, employees at the store in St. Augustine, Florida called and requested them. The local St. Augustine public relations and marketing team heard about how we customized water bottles with vinyl onsite at the corporate office and asked for our help making the transition from foam cups to plastic water tumblers fun and exciting for their employees.

We personalized the water bottles to support the initiative very dear to them, environmental conservation in an area inhabited by sea turtles. Fun fact: Many Florida beaches welcome over 100,000 female turtles who lay their eggs every year! Using plastic cups instead of foam greatly reduces the environmental impact on these beautiful and wild sea creatures.

We customized the water bottles to order after the store marketing team sent us a spreadsheet with all the names, monograms and nicknames. Amazingly, we were able to turn the project around in less than a week. The logoed water bottles were sent to our office where we prepared them for the vinyl. We personalized 50 cups for the team in our studio with red permanent vinyl which matched the Chick-fil-A colors perfectly.

We used our Brother® ScannCut vinyl cutting machine to cut permanent vinyl decals for all the personalized water bottles. Then we carefully applied them in our studio and boxed them up for shipping.

We had a great time working with the Chick-fil-A staff members. They were pleasantly surprised at how many employees wanted the personalized water bottles and already plan on hiring us to create more.
