Inkwell Designers, a leading sunglass case embossing event activation team, recently had the honor of embossing sunglass cases for two high-profile clients at The Masters golf tournament: Maui Jim® and Truist Bank®. The event, which takes place annually at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, is one of the most prestigious golf tournaments in the world and draws a significant amount of attention from golf enthusiasts and corporate sponsors alike.

For Maui Jim, a premium eyewear brand, Inkwell Designers embossed their collection of sunglass cases that were pre-embossed with the company’s logo. Valentine’s Day found us calligraphy engraving padlocks in the shape of a heart in the visitor’s center in Martinez, Georgia. The hand engraved locks were then put onto an artwork sculpture near the Augusta Canal Dam.

We were invited by the Columbia County Visitors Center to hand engrave stainless steel, heart-shaped padlocks for the Valentine’s Day family event. We met couples and families, some who drove all the way from Atlanta and South Carolina for this special calligraphy engraving event! We had over 100 people come in for engraving, even in the pouring rain.

Everyone loved the hand engraving activation so much, they already invited us back next year to participate. Once we were done, they continued to get calls about when the next calligraphy engraving event would take place.

Some families had locks engraved in memory of family members, some to celebrate anniversaries or births. It was a unique a wonderful way to celebrate and mark these special life events. The kids especially loved watching our CEO, Desiree Colonna, hand engrave each lock with care.

Visitors were also encouraged to bring in their own locks for calligraphy engraving. Many had bought bigger locks online which they were happy to have hand engraved at the event, then hung them on the sculpture outside near the dam.

The event was a huge hit and Desiree already can’t wait until next year which promises to double in size!

Our stamping event activation in Orlando for PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) brought a lot of new clients into the booth at the annual Heckerling Conference. Desiree Colonna, our CEO, spent 4 days embossing luggage tags and journals with her embossing machine.

What made this stamping event activation different was the color of the luggage tags. The booth staff chose a brightly colored neon trio which really brought a lot of people to the booth because they were so eye-catching.

Desiree stamped people’s initials or monograms on the back of the luggage tags to personalize the event experience.

The neon luggage tags were such a big hit, we ran out the 2nd day! Then we had to go back to Moleskine notebooks which people still loved.

Our stamping event activation always brings people into the booth. In fact, it’s not unlikely a line will form once word gets around the convention. Our job is to bring people into the booth so the salespeople can talk to them and have meaningful conversations. That’s just what we did in Orlando. Our leather embossing events for Tudor Watches in Atlanta was an elegant affair. It was a small event of around 100 people. The holiday event featured new watches being introduced to a young crowd.

We embossed leather credit card holders at this leather embossing events in the Yebo Beach Haus restaurant in Buckhead for our clients.

Our leather embossing activations are one of our most popular and have been for over 5 years. We’ve traveled the world, literally, to bring our leather embossing events to companies like Tudor Watches, Salesforce, Don Julio, American Express and many, many more.

The credit card holders were debossed with the Tudor Watch logo before the event. We stamped our guests monograms right in front of them at our leather embossing table. The group absolutely loved seeing their monograms come to life in front of their eyes while we hand stamped each leather credit card holder with great care. People love seeing their own initials hand stamped on leather. It just gives them a thrill every time we hand them the items. Its really fun to see!

If you were at the Oracle Cloud World show in Las Vegas last week, then you definitely saw our amazing journal embossing activation! This was by far the most popular attraction in the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) booth, and it generated a lot of buzz on social media. We had our master embossing expert on hand to help customers create their own personalized journals and the results were stunning.

The journals were pre-debossed with our client’s logo. At the show, we added their guest’s monograms, first name and last name initials. We allowed guests to choose between gold foil and silver foil.

This is the third time we’ve worked with PwC at a convention. We’re booked with them again in January in Orlando.

When we say the journal embossing activation line was around the hall, it was 50 people deep around the hall! Many people waited in line for more than 15 minutes for their embossed journal.
