Our on-site event engraving was a big hit at Chateau Elan’s annual Vineyard Fest this weekend. Our engraving line was longer than any wine, liquor, beer or food line at the entire venue. People simply loved getting their glassware items personalized and engraved. It is a high-end service unlike any other they’ve ever experienced at a wine festival.
The picture above shows the line that continued to be 50 people deep. We engraved wine glasses and bottles for over 5 hours straight with no breaks. We engraved a total of 350+ glasses and wine bottles. We even volunteered to stay an hour later to make sure everyone got their glassware engraved.
The on-site event engraving we provided was the highlight of the entire festival. One patron stated, “I’ve been coming to this festival for over 7 years and this is the best one yet because of your engraving!” Another patron told us they definitely can’t wait to see us again next year and told the staff how much he and his wife loved the experience. We were stopped by another group of women in the lobby who gave us a 5 star review on Facebook right there in the lobby. We engraved a special glass for their mother’s 70th birthday.
The Chateau Elan Director of Operations, Dave Zerfas, had to come down himself to see what the buzz was all about and help control the end of the line. That’s how popular our engraving table was!
