Our on-site event artists provide on-site experiences for many luxury brands and companies including Salesforce, Sprint, Bacardi, Grey Goose, Chick-fil-A, Forbes, PwC, American Express, Gillette, Versace, FedEx, MillerCoors, Pandora Media, Don Julio, Apple, Hearst Communications, Disney Studios and even Oprah’s OWN Studios. We’ve performed our on-site event activations everywhere from Los Angeles to Lisbon, Portugal.
All we need is a 4 to 6 foot table and a couple of chairs. We don’t even need electricity! No carbon footprint left after we leave. We don’t take up much space. Our activations are all under 60 seconds each.
Our on-site eco-friendly cold embossing artists use a cold application method that is environmentally friendly. We do use only our own Italian leather or vegan leather items because they are PROVEN to work with our cold embossing method. Our embossing rate is one per minute or 60 per hour per embosser. Guests love this option and can see their personalized gifts created in front of them. We can print in ANY color combination including metallic gold and silver!
Our high speed on-site engraving is done by hand with a deeper cut and beautiful calligraphy which no laser machine can match.
Our painting activations are quick and people love to watch their items personalized by hand. Did we mention our friendly on-site event artists? We love talking to people as we work our magic!

Our work speed averages less than one minute per item! We embossed 2,500 journals for BlackRock at the LPL Conference. We also engraved 2,100 pens for Mayflower in Las Vegas in 3 days. Again, one per minute. We’ll reach more of your clients in less time than any other company you hire.
Although our company is located in Atlanta, our clients fly us all over the world to create magic at their events. We are just as comfortable working in Tokyo, New York or Lisbon as we are in your home. We are fully insured, licensed and bonded for all on-site events.

How To Book Our On-Site Events
We strongly recommend booking our artists as far in advance as possible, especially before the holidays. Please keep in mind we have a 4 hour minimum.
Please contact us for our rates. Dates will not be held without a signed agreement and booking deposit. This is mandatory.
We only work with our own Italian leather or vegan leather for events. Glass, metal, wood or plastic items are fine but we require a sample to test engrave first.
