Had my name placed on two Bibles at Inkwell Designers (ID). Took one Bible to the business in Woodstock. Unfortunately, was unable to bring the second one with me. Because of the distance from my home to the store, Desiree Colonna, owner and CEO of ID suggested I mail the second Bible to her. Due to an unforseen delay it took me several weeks to get it to her. I tried to keep her informed of what was taking place and she was very patient. At my request, Ms. Colonna embossed the Bible I took to her immediately. When I finally got the second Bible to her, she imprinted it with gold leafing just as I asked. At my request, she shipped both Bibles back to me UPS due to my fear of my local post office losing them.. Rec’d the Bibles today and both are perfect. I especially love the embossing on the first Bible I left with her because it is unique and inconspicuous just as I desired. Desiree Colonna did such fabulous work and a great job of communicating with me until both were safely in my hands. I appreciate the attention to detail that ID provides. Without reservation, I recommend Inkwell Designers for all your custom printing and embossing needs.

For my wife's birthday I purchased her a watch that she has had an eye on for some time. She thought it would be a nice touch to have it engraved on the back of the case. Talented engravers are hard to come by these days, especially for custom work. I found Inkwell Designers online and chatted with the owner about what she could do that was not cookie-cutter. I described the watch, sent a picture and link to the manufacturer for her to consider. She immediately said she could do a custom engraving by hand!! For nearly 50 years I have signed all anniversary, Christmas, and birthday cards to my wife with a unique look. I handed my wife's watch and a piece of white paper with this unique signature/scribble over to Inkwell Designers. Desiree said she could copy to scale the inscription on this small watch back. I picked the piece up today and the work was INCREDIBLE!! My wife's face lit up as the inscription was a complete surprise to her. Thank you, Desiree and Inkwell Designers, for such a quality job. You have earned my business.

Desiree did a fabulous job on the engraving I wanted! Appointments were easy to set up, communication was very simple and quick. LOVED that you can text to communicate. The only minor complaint is due to the small imperfections of extra marks near the engraving site. Outside of that, I am OBSESSED with her talent!

That happens a lot based on how the bottles are handled in shipping and when they are put on the shelves. We always ask clients to inspect the bottle before bringing it to us. I had a great experience with Desiree at Inkwell Designers! I have a client who is celebrating their 5 year anniversary and I wanted to get them an "out of the box" gift. Had a Bible personalized by Desiree who was great to work with. She can do the foil look ( I think gold or silver) or stamped, no color, which is what we did for our son's Bible. It came out great and she finished the job and had it back to us in two days. It was a bit pricey but very well done for an item that will be used for decades...worth it for the excellent work.

I bought a wooden plaque of St. Michael the Archangel for my husband's baptism. I wanted his Confirmation name and baptismal date engraved on the back. I had a leather planner I desperately wanted to have embossed/personalized and searched all over with no success as most embossers needed to have sold you the item for them to personalize it. I came across Inkwell Designers and working with Desiree was so easy! Desiree responded right away, and was so helpful.
