A wedding seating chart can be a beautiful last minute addition to any wedding, even last minute.
We received a call late on a Thursday night from a celebrity wedding planner’s assistant, Kristiana, who was in a bit of a panic. She needed a mirror seating chart for a wedding on, wait for it, Saturday night for NFL Kansas City Chiefs Justin Houston’s wedding. The mirror was over 6 ft tall and there were around 100 guests to list on it. The biggest challenge was we weren’t able to get the mirror from her until Friday night. No problem! Our chalkboard artist was ready for the challenge. Kristiana had called around to other Atlanta calligraphers and wasn’t able to find anyone else to help her. She was so relieved when Inkwell Designers came to the rescue!
The mirror was delivered on Friday night as promised and we went to work on this very large wedding seating chart.
Although it was a challenge, we got it done on time and it was ready for pickup on Saturday morning. The wedding planner, Tiffany Cook, was very pleased with the work and thought it looked, “Fantastic!” Kristana told us, “You guys did a beyond fantastic job and I will absolutely use your company for any calligraphy needs we have in the future.” That’s music to our ears. When clients come back to us over and over, we know we’ve provided great talent and service.
