Foil Embossing at University Events for Zenni Optical and Her Campus Media

Foil embossing was a big hit with students experiencing the Zenni Optical and Her Campus Media “The Future Looks Bright Tour” at universities across Florida and South Carolina. The sun was shining bright and both the men and women on campus were excited to receive some great gifts.

Her Campus Media sponsored the event and coordinated the tour stops and our foil embossing station. The popup shops were set up on the green of each campus.

We performed our foil embossing experience in person on the tour. We embossed glasses and sunglasses cases for students at University of South Carolina, Florida State University and the University of Central Florida. Students who purchased a pair of sunglasses or prescription glasses at the pop-up shop were treated to a new case with their monogram foil embossed on it.

Each leg of the tour was fun for all of us. Students were able to try on pairs of sunglasses and frames. Everyone who visited the pop-up shop received a free pair of sunglasses.

The cases were made out of vinyl and took the foil embossing perfectly with no issues.

The embossing event was something students had never seen (pun intended) and once word got around, lines started to form at each tour stop.

Our tour was a success and we look forward to bringing out foil embossing station to events with Her Campus Media and Zenni in the future.

Monogrammed Leather Gifts at Sprintacular in San Antonio

Monogrammed leather gifts were the highlight of the Sprintacular party for top Sprint salespeople at Knibbe Ranch in San Antonio, Texas. It was a spectacular celebration with monogrammed leather gifts for every guest. Our embossing team of five including 2 Joes, 2 Emilys and 1 Desiree had a great time at the event!

Inkwell Designers℠ was invited to monogram leather keychains, notebooks, passport holders, bracelets and card wallets on-site. Over 450 top Sprint salespeople attended the event with friends and spouses.

We had five embossers hot stamping over 900 leather items for guests who attended. All five embossers stayed almost an hour overtime to ensure everyone received the monogrammed leather gifts they wanted.

Clients could select the exact way they wanted the monogram to read as well as choose the color foil they wanted. Here is an example of one of the keychains we embossed.

Team members were ready to help clients choose the right gift and make it their own with gold and silver foil and a blind deboss option.

Our team was more than happy to make sure guests received their monogrammed leather items exactly the way they wanted them as well as share a smile!

Guests were treated to dinner, dancing with a live band, a hat of their choice and our monogrammed leather gifts to take home after the night was over around 10:30 pm.

They came from all over the country to celebrate their success. When it got dark, they helped the embossers by sharing their flashlights on their phones outside so we could finish every job with perfection!

Everyone had a great time and loved the monogrammed leather gifts activation. Personalized leather gifts are always a hit with any crowd we work with from New York to Los Angeles and yes, down in San Antonio. Even the horses loved it!

Calligraphy Painting on Faux Leather Beauty Event at Saks Fifth Avenue

Calligraphy painting on faux leather items is a very popular service at on-site events, especially during Saks Fifth Avenue #beautyweek. The Atlanta Saks store manager called and wanted us to create a unique personalization using calligraphy painting as we had for her store a few months back. Our calligraphy was such a hit in the Spring, they wanted us to create this activation for them again during the Fall. The faux leather bags were a gift with a $150 purchase in the beauty department.

People lined up to have their bags personalized with our calligraphy painting. We even met some nice ladies from France and Poland who were in town. They loved their special gifts with purchase and even had us personalize some bags for friends back home.

We even created a special design for one client who loved roses. We can hand paint any surface including real leather.

The event was very popular with shoppers and kept them in the store longer while they waited for their bags to be designed and dried. We were strategically placed in the shoe department right next door to the beauty counters. The painting and drying time only took about 10 minutes but customers continued to shop and bought other items as they waited.

Leather Stamping at Gentleman Jack Whiskey Sour Event in Atlanta

Leather stamping was the hit of the party at the National Whiskey Sour Day event hosted by Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack at Upstairs Atlanta. Guests loved the activation as much as we enjoyed working with them. Leather embossing is a new type of service most people have never seen before and works well at events such as this one. We can say the leather coasters paired well with the whiskey sours served at the party!

We hand stamped 150 leather coasters in three hours for guests with silver and gold foil. People loved the leather stamping and seeing their names in silver and gold foil on the coasters supplied by our client.

The party was an afternoon soiree hosted by Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack. There were several activations, including a magician, but our leather stamping table had the longest line during the entire event. That’s typical when we bring our leather embossing machine to parties and events around the globe.

Our hot foil leather stamping activation is easy and quick to set up (literally 15 minutes) and we can go anywhere. We’ve traveled all over the country bringing this fun experience to guests for many companies such as MillerCoors, Dark Horse Wines and EJ Gallo.

We were honored to be part of this fun and private event in Atlanta and we’re looking forward to our next event with Gentleman Jack in the future.

Embossed Moleskine Notebooks RSA Archer Conference in Nashville

Embossed Moleskine notebooks were the “must have swag” at the RSA Archer Conference in Nashville. We embossed leather notebooks with monograms at the conference in the Edgile booth. This was our third technology conference working with this client and we had a great time. We had lines between every session both days as word got around about the embossed notebooks.

Visitors to the Edgile booth loved the activation. Once word got out, the lines never slowed down or stopped. We embossed 300 Moleskine notebooks in a day and a half and even ran out the morning of the 2nd day.

One of the speakers, futurist David Houle, was very impressed. David came back to our booth just to do a video about his experience with our embossed Moleskine notebooks. He’s been to over 100 conferences on 6 continents and has never seen this type of cool swag before! He loved it as you can see in the video below.

Hand Painting Events Ready for Back to School with Macy’s

Hand painting events were the perfect activation for a fun Back to School send off. Kids and teenagers visiting Macy’s Mall of Georgia enjoyed putting a special touch on their denim this past weekend. We hand painted denim items for and with guests in the Juniors Department.

Macy’s guests were invited to paint their own denim with stencils and stencil brushes. Painting was done by our artist, Emilee Ziv. She also helped people also add their own hand painted designs to their denim jeans, jackets and overalls using their own creativity and imagination.

We specialize in hand painting events nationwide and have worked with a number of companies bringing this activation to their stores and conferences. We can hand paint leather, denim, faux leather, glass, fabric and so much more. The activation is not as messy as you might think. We’re very organized and we use washable acrylic fabric paint which sets easily with a heating tool.

Hand painted accents on denim add a personal touch to guest’s denim purchases. The teenagers loved the personalization experience and it got them involved in the process. Also, hand painting events and hand painted items discourage returns for the store.

Our in-house artist, Emilee Ziv, had a great time at the event and can’t wait to do it again.
