Event Embossing with Preferred Hotels and Resorts

Event embossing is an annual Atlanta event sponsored by Preferred Hotels and Resorts for their clients and guests. We were honored to be asked to join the festivities by providing leather goods and embossing services at the event. The event embossing was held at a beautifully restored venue called The Estate in Buckhead.

A local designer supplied a variety of leather goods we then added customer’s initials and monograms to in gold and silver foil live at the event.

Guests loved the experience of seeing their monograms hand stamped right in front of them.

The designer supplied wine carriers, passport covers in several colors and luggage tags. The leather is sourced from Spain as well as the craftsmanship and production. These luxury leather items make our event embossing clients and guests feel very special. They know they are getting something hand made and high quality when they hold a leather item in their hands.

Our activation doesn’t take much space. We only need a table and two chairs by an electrical outlet. Each item takes less than one minute to emboss. We can usually get 50 to 60 done per hour per embosser. We travel from Atlanta around the globe to bring our event embossing to clients who are excited to have us at their events.

Vape Pen Engraving for Vuse Alto at RJ Reynolds Tampa Event

Vape pen engraving is a unique service we recently provided for RJ Reynolds employees at a Vuse Alto event in Tampa, FL. We were able to engrave the delicate, smooth surface of the vape pens without any damage to the internal technology using a hand-held high speed drill.

We love when our clients ask us to do what they think is impossible. When RJ Reynolds asked if we could engrave vape pens, the answer was an immediate yes. They sent a few for us to try and they engraved like butter. You can see how easily these vape pens engrave in the video below.

We originally engraved vapes at two locations in Winston-Salem, North Carolina including their corporate headquarters. They loved the vape engraving activation so much, they invited us to engrave vape pens at their corporate event in Tampa, FL a few weeks later at the Saddlebrook Resort.

Employees loved the personalized aspect of the activation. Each pen took less than a minute to engrave, so there was no waiting around. The results were immediate and everyone love showing off their vape pens to one another at the event.

Everyone was allowed to get creative. There were almost no limits except for space. With our hand-held high speed drill, we can literally engrave almost any surface made of glass, metal or wood.

Some employees didn’t have their vape pens with them, but asked us to engrave some of their jewelry. We had no problem because we had a lot of experience engraving watches and other items. They loved it!

Once word got out, our vape engraving station was the most popular of the night. We engraved vape pens for 4 hours non-stop. These smiles made all the hard work worth every minute.

Hand engraved items are always the talk of any event. Our calligraphy engraving is something most attendees have never seen before.

On a personal note, our car, a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe hit 100,000 miles on the way to Tampa. We’ve done almost 100 events in the past year and we are so grateful to all of the clients who trusted us with their events in 2018. This event was a great way to start 2019!

Beer Glass Engraving at Budweiser and Jim Beam’s New Copper Lager Launch Event

Beer glass engraving at the Copper Lager launch for Jim Beam and Budweiser was a highlight of our holiday season events. We had over 30 glass engraving events booked during December. The launch party was held in Buckhead, near downtown Atlanta.

Our beer glass engraving station was the buzz of the party. People couldn’t believe we could engrave whatever they wanted to their round beer glasses with very little equipment. We engraved the beer glasses with our hand held drill, the same drill we use to engrave wine and perfume bottles. We filled the final engraving with silver wax which gave the engraving a special glow.

We engraved over 100 beer glasses for guests at the launch which was held at Big Sky Buckhead. The glasses were pre-printed with the Budweiser logo. We added the engraving to the bottom of each glass or the side, depending on where the client wanted it.

The evening event was held on one of the coldest nights of the 2018. Everyone was stuck inside the venue, but people still had fun. Besides the bar, out engraving table was the hottest place to been seen at the event.

Our CEO, Desiree Colonna, was the beer glass engraving expert of the night and engraved all of the beer glasses by hand with her famous engraved calligraphy. Desiree likes to call it “Calligraving!” She even included some artistic designs such as holly for the hoidays and roses.

A lot of people took advantage of the event to create special glasses for family and friends to give during the upcoming holidays.

Wine Bottle Engraving Events at Kroger for Penfolds

Wine bottle engraving events, sponsored by Penfolds Wine, were timed perfectly right before the holidays. The wine bottle engraving events at Kroger stores in Atlanta gave customers a chance to personalize last minute hostess gifts for both corporate and personal parties.

Penfolds Wine sponsored the events at the Disco Kroger in Atlanta and also other locations around the Buckhead and north suburbs. We hand engraved wine bottles with a high speed drill right after customers made their purchase. Our engraving is much faster than any machine, about one minute per bottle compared to a machine’s five minutes per bottle. Plus, customers love the hand engraved element versus just a font from a machine. We were also able to embellish the bottles with pictures of holly and flowers.

Kroger customers were so excited by the activation, one customer unexpectedly bought over 20 bottles when she saw how beautiful and unique the engraved calligraphy was on each wine bottle.

After each bottle was engraved, the engraving was filled by Desiree’s assistant, Joe, with silver or gold colored wax which makes the engraving really stand out on each wine bottle.

The wine bottle engraving events were something new for Kroger stores in Atlanta. The wine bottle engraving enabled Penfolds to sell almost double the amount of wine the night of the events. There will be more wine bottle engraving events at Kroger for Penfolds and other brands in the future due to the popularity of the event. Leather Bag Painting a Big Top Hit for Saks Fifth Avenue

Leather bag painting was one of the most successful marketing and public relations activations of the year at Saks Fifth Avenue, Phipps Plaza in Atlanta. We painting over 50 patent leather bags. The bags were a free gift with a $250 cosmetics and/or fragrance purchase. Customers were delighted with the personalized leather bag painting and didn’t mind standing in line to get their bags hand painted.

Guests were wowed at how quickly we were able to paint such gorgeous florals on their bags. Each one took less than 3 minutes. We also added hand painted calligraphy to further personalize the bags for Saks guests.

When word got around the store about the leather bag painting, people came over to the table to watch. There was a constant audience for 4 hours straight.

The theme of the night was Cirque de Beaute and there were even stilt walkers, gymnasts and a master of ceremonies to add to the fun!

One woman even bought over $900 in purchases in order for us to do three bags for her family.

What is really amazing is not one bag was the same. Every bad had a different hand painted flower. There were more than 50 bags painted for this event.

The next day, people literally met our painter, Desiree Colonna, at the door for her to do their bags which she wasn’t able to get to the night before. That is how popular this activation was.

Desiree was delighted at the reaction of Saks management and staff. They had never seen an activation become so popular in such a short time. Needless to say, they sold a lot of products during the four hours Desiree was painting in the store. The spike in sales was directly related to the leather bag painting experience.

Leather Embossing Event for Pandora Radio and Ashley Homestore in Nashville

Our leather embossing event, sponsored by Pandora Radio and Ashley Home Store, was the perfect personalization experience for Jason Aldean fans in Nashville, TN. Our team of experts embossed leather coasters with monograms and names in gold foil for guests at the event. We embossed 300 items in over 4 hours at the Pandora Backroads concert at Marathon Music Works.

Clients stood in line 4 hours straight and didn’t even stop when Jason Aldean took the stage. They chose to stay in our line until they received their personalized leather coaster. They loved seeing their names and monograms on coasters at this leather embossing event and couldn’t wait to get their swag. This is very typical at our events. Personalized gifts are a huge trend right now and we see this as only the beginning in the event entertainment industry.

Pandora Music asked us to set up our activation in September. We were more than happy to work with their team to find the perfect leather coasters from a local Atlanta company called Mel Boteri.
The leather quality was beautiful and our gold foil stamp matched the stitching around each coaster. Everything at this leather embossing event was thought out very carefully with our team before the event.

The marketing team at Pandora Radio was more than happy to create beautiful signs and furniture was provided by Ashley Homestore including a gorgeous walnut table.

The Ashley Homestore and Pandora Radio teams were great to work with and assisted us with keeping the line moving all night.

Our leather embossing event activation was a huge success and we can’t wait to work with both companies again in the future.
