Leather Stamping Events for Global Experience Specialists in Las Vegas

Leather stamping events in Las Vegas are something new and exciting on the trade show scene. We had the pleasure of creating our leather stamping experience for our partners at Global Experience Specialists (GES) for an evening Las Vegas event at Exhibitor Live 2019. GES wanted to provide a personalized leather stamping experience for their guests, something they had never experienced before. Our leather stamping events are always very popular at private parties.

The event was held in the Boombox nightclub inside of the Cosmopolitan Casino on the main Las Vegas strip. We offered a rainbow of Royce Leather luggage tags and stamped them for guests in both silver and gold foil. Guests were able to enjoy the beautiful view behind us of the marquees on the strip. It was a fun and enjoyable setting in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Guests had our leather stampers put their initials on each tag as the work was done right in front of them at a long table. Desiree and Joe were able to stamp 200 leather luggage tags within 2 hours. Some guests opted to give the tags to friends and family so they gave us their monograms to hand stamp instead of their own.

These beautifully designed real Nappa leather luggage tags were the hit of the night.

Guests loved the activation and Inkwell even had orders for more after the leather stamping events which they were happy to fulfill and send to the recipients.

Experiential Marketing Artists Dual Activation in Las Vegas

Experiential marketing artists, Desiree Colonna and Joe Krupa, were the hit of the ExhibitorLive 2019 show in Las Vegas. The team worked simultaneously in the Unigroup Booth for both Mayflower and United Van Lines corporate executives. Desiree is the CEO and owner of Inkwell Designers.

Desiree engraved pens on site for Mayflower while Joe embossed faux leather journals on the other side of the booth for United. This was the first time Inkwell offered two different experiential marketing artists at one show performing two separate activations. The services went well together. Once someone got their pen engraved, they could go get their journal embossed on the other side and vice versa. This increased customer interaction for the salespeople in both booths up to 50%!

Guests absolutely loved Inkwell’s experiential marketing artists and watching both artists design unique, personalized gifts by hand right in front of them.

Once the buzz caught on at the show, there were lines of people waiting for their pen to be engraved on one site of the booth and journal to be embossed on the other side. Everyone talked about the experiential marketing artists activation the entire week and wanted to see them in action.

The booth owner, Unigroup, was so impressed with how smoothly the activation went and it’s popularity, they invited Inkwell back for several shows in 2019 and 2020.

The booth owners were amazed at how popular both activations were and how many highly qualified leads they received.

The three day show was a lot of fun. We engraved and embossed almost 1,000 items for guests who visited the Mayflower and United booths during the show.

Hot Foil Stamping and Calligraphy Kick Off Three Superbowl Events in Atlanta

Hot foil stamping and calligraphy were our featured activations at the Zac Brown concert kicking off the Superbowl celebrations in Atlanta. Guests absolutely loved seeing their monograms come to life with hot foil on the leather items. The event was held at the Tabernacle in Midtown.

The concert was sponsored by our partners at Pandora Radio (Pandora Live), Ashley HomeStore and Brita Water. This was the second Pandora Live concert we were invited to emboss leather items. The last concert was in Nashville for Jason Aldean.

This concert was the first of three Superbowl events we were invited to participate in for three different marketing companies and their clients. We were also invited to embroider hats for two separate company Superbowl events. We are the only event artist agency in the country asked to perform four independent activations at three separate events for five major corporations during the Superbowl in Atlanta!

Our hot foil stamping and calligraphy activations were the highlight of the event. We were told by the sponsors this was the best Pandora Live event ever and a lot had to do with the gifts we personalized for all the guests.

Our hot foil embossing was featured in the Ashley Home Store Lounge where we stamped leather koozies created exclusively for the Zac Brown Concert.

We had 5 embossers stamping over 500 koozies for guests during 4 hours.

Upstairs, our team members added calligraphy to water bottles provided by Brita Water. Our calligraphers added names and favorite phrases to the bottles including artwork from flowers and footballs.

We used oil-based Sharpies to draw beautiful calligraphy on the acrylic water bottles supplied by Brita water.

Our team of three calligraphers added their special touch to over 350 water bottles.

Our team had a wonderful night working with our partners and their guests. The music flowed all night and we were even able to watch the concert live from a video monitor set up in the basement where we were embossing as well as upstairs.

We want to thank our partners and clients for inviting us to be part of this special Superbowl event. We had the most team members at this event than any in our three year history. Everything went smoothly thanks to the organization of our team. All in all, it was a beautiful evening and a wonderful event in Atlanta.

Event Embossing with Preferred Hotels and Resorts

Event embossing is an annual Atlanta event sponsored by Preferred Hotels and Resorts for their clients and guests. We were honored to be asked to join the festivities by providing leather goods and embossing services at the event. The event embossing was held at a beautifully restored venue called The Estate in Buckhead.

A local designer supplied a variety of leather goods we then added customer’s initials and monograms to in gold and silver foil live at the event.

Guests loved the experience of seeing their monograms hand stamped right in front of them.

The designer supplied wine carriers, passport covers in several colors and luggage tags. The leather is sourced from Spain as well as the craftsmanship and production. These luxury leather items make our event embossing clients and guests feel very special. They know they are getting something hand made and high quality when they hold a leather item in their hands.

Our activation doesn’t take much space. We only need a table and two chairs by an electrical outlet. Each item takes less than one minute to emboss. We can usually get 50 to 60 done per hour per embosser. We travel from Atlanta around the globe to bring our event embossing to clients who are excited to have us at their events.

Leather Embossing Event for Pandora Radio and Ashley Homestore in Nashville

Our leather embossing event, sponsored by Pandora Radio and Ashley Home Store, was the perfect personalization experience for Jason Aldean fans in Nashville, TN. Our team of experts embossed leather coasters with monograms and names in gold foil for guests at the event. We embossed 300 items in over 4 hours at the Pandora Backroads concert at Marathon Music Works.

Clients stood in line 4 hours straight and didn’t even stop when Jason Aldean took the stage. They chose to stay in our line until they received their personalized leather coaster. They loved seeing their names and monograms on coasters at this leather embossing event and couldn’t wait to get their swag. This is very typical at our events. Personalized gifts are a huge trend right now and we see this as only the beginning in the event entertainment industry.

Pandora Music asked us to set up our activation in September. We were more than happy to work with their team to find the perfect leather coasters from a local Atlanta company called Mel Boteri.
The leather quality was beautiful and our gold foil stamp matched the stitching around each coaster. Everything at this leather embossing event was thought out very carefully with our team before the event.

The marketing team at Pandora Radio was more than happy to create beautiful signs and furniture was provided by Ashley Homestore including a gorgeous walnut table.

The Ashley Homestore and Pandora Radio teams were great to work with and assisted us with keeping the line moving all night.

Our leather embossing event activation was a huge success and we can’t wait to work with both companies again in the future. Foil Embossing at University Events for Zenni Optical and Her Campus Media

Foil embossing was a big hit with students experiencing the Zenni Optical and Her Campus Media “The Future Looks Bright Tour” at universities across Florida and South Carolina. The sun was shining bright and both the men and women on campus were excited to receive some great gifts.

Her Campus Media sponsored the event and coordinated the tour stops and our foil embossing station. The popup shops were set up on the green of each campus.

We performed our foil embossing experience in person on the tour. We embossed glasses and sunglasses cases for students at University of South Carolina, Florida State University and the University of Central Florida. Students who purchased a pair of sunglasses or prescription glasses at the pop-up shop were treated to a new case with their monogram foil embossed on it.

Each leg of the tour was fun for all of us. Students were able to try on pairs of sunglasses and frames. Everyone who visited the pop-up shop received a free pair of sunglasses.

The cases were made out of vinyl and took the foil embossing perfectly with no issues.

The embossing event was something students had never seen (pun intended) and once word got around, lines started to form at each tour stop.

Our tour was a success and we look forward to bringing out foil embossing station to events with Her Campus Media and Zenni in the future.
