How long does it take to complete a project?
Engraving, embossing and monogramming work will take 2 to 3 days to complete. Sometimes we can do same day, please ask if you need it in a hurry.
Most of the ink calligraphy we do is done by hand. As a rule of thumb, please allow 14 days, 3 – 5 business days for your proofs, and 5 – 7 business days for day-of wedding or chalkboard calligraphy.
Is there a rush fee if I need things done before 14 days?
Only for wedding invitations or ink calligraphy. There is a $75.00 rush fee for any orders less than 14 days from the due date for Save the Dates or 30 days before the event.
No rush fee applies for engraving, embossing or monogramming.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a full deposit is required on all projects to reserve the time for your calligraphy, engraving, embossing or monogramming. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your project.
A 50% deposit is required to hold event dates.
Can you add corporate logos and art to your engraving and embossing?
Logos and any line art can be sandblasted on any bottle or embossed on any leather or wood item, but additional set-up and die creation charges apply. Call for details, pricing, and the estimated turnaround time.
Do you work with people around the globe?
Absolutely! We even include FREE shipping in the U.S. Once the project is completed, everything will be lovingly and carefully packaged and sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Do you accept any item?
We accept almost any item but there are exceptions. It is our discretion to turn down a project we feel won’t be successful. Please note that although most items can endure engraving and/or embossing, some may not depending on the construction, the style of leather, jewelry, wood or glass type or finish. In the event the Company determines that item cannot be engraved, embossed, debossed or monogrammed, item shall be returned to the customer and we retain the right to refuse service on items we are not comfortable working with. We do not accept antiques or one-of-a-kind items.
What if the item is damaged during the process?
We will do our best to replace it but there are no guarantees. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for full details and policies.
